Account Access & E-Delivery

Pax World shareholders can view account balances and recent transaction history, purchase and redeem shares, and sign up for electronic delivery of prospectuses, reports and quarterly account statements online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

First Time User
If you are a first-time user of Pax World’s online Account Access, you will need your Social Security or Tax Identification Number and Account Number in order to self-enroll for online account services. Just click on the “LOGIN” link in the upper right corner of our home page, which will take you to the login page. On the login page, select “New User?” in the sign-in box and follow the instructions to self register for Account Access.

You will be prompted to create a Login ID, which must contain at least six but not more than 10 characters. It must also contain both letters and numbers, with at least four letters and two numbers. Symbols, such as the asterisk (*), cannot be used in the login ID.

You will also need to create a password, which must contain at least six but not more than 10 characters. It must also contain both letters and numbers, with at least four letters and two numbers. Symbols, such as the asterisk (*), cannot be used in the new password. An example of a proper password is IH4BA2S (IH4BA2S = I Have 4 Brothers And 2 Sisters). Passwords are case-sensitive.

You will then have everything you need to access your Pax World accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

Transaction History
You may view up to 18 months of transaction history on your account.

How to navigate to transaction history – Logging in to Account Access brings you to the “Portfolio – List of Accounts” page. From there, clicking on an account number will bring you to the “Accounts – List of Positions” page, where clicking on a Fund name (Pax World Balanced Fund, for example) will take you to the “Investment Details” page. From the “View” drop-down box on this page, select “Transaction History” to view your past transactions.

The Transaction History window allows you to view a list of transactions, including settled and pending trades for a specific position. For each transaction, this window displays the trade date, post date, transaction description, dollar amount of the trade, number of shares traded, price per share, and total share amount in the account.

You may display the details of any one transaction by clicking on the Details link.

This window also allows you to narrow your search criteria by clicking on the Filter by drop-down list. You can select All transactions to view all transactions, or select Advanced, to designate a specific date range of transactions, or type of transactions.

You may click on the arrow buttons at the bottom of the window to navigate between windows. Also, you may click on the First and Last buttons at the bottom of the window to navigate to the first or last windows of the transaction history, if applicable.

Online Purchase

To purchase shares online, you must have provided bank information for electronic (ACH) transfers and have Telephone/Online Purchases activated on your account. Please call our shareholder service center at 800.372.7827 between 8:00AM and 6:00PM Eastern time to check the status of your account. If you do not have bank information or the Telephone/Online Purchases option on your account, you may add this information by completing an Optional Account Services Form, which you may download from our web site.

When you login to Account Access, if you scroll to the right you should see a column titled “Actions,” which has a drop down menu box that should allow you to select from one of four choices: “Exchange,” “Existing Fund Purchase,” “New Fund Purchase,” and “Redeem” (“Redeem” is not available for IRA accounts). If you do not see those options, your account may not be activated for online transactions. Certain employer-sponsored retirement plan accounts (i.e. SEP-IRA, SIMPLE IRA and 403(b)(7) accounts) are not eligible for online purchases.

In general, if your online purchase request is received in good order prior to the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange (usually 4:00PM Eastern time) on a business day, the shares will be purchased at the net asset value determined as of that day; otherwise, the shares will be purchased at the net asset value next determined. Please see the prospectus section titled “How to Purchase Shares” for more complete information.

Online Redemption
Online redemption proceeds may be paid only to the record owner(s) of the account, may be sent only to the record address or to a pre-authorized bank account, cannot exceed $50,000 and cannot be made within 30 days after a change to the record address. If you do not have pre-authorized bank information on your account, you may add this information by completing an Optional Account Services Form, which you may download from our web site.

Online Exchange
Online exchanges may be made only between identically registered accounts. You may not, for example, exchange from your individual account to your joint account, or from your joint account to your IRA. An exchange will be treated as a purchase and redemption for tax purposes and any gain on such transaction may be subject to federal income tax. In addition, shareholders who exchange shares of the High Yield Bond Fund within 45 days of their acquisition will be subject to a redemption fee of 2.00% of the net asset value of the shares redeemed. Change of Address – The Change Address Information window allows you to change the existing mailing address, e-mail address, and/or telephone numbers for all accounts that are associated with your tax identification number. (Our online system is not able to accept non-U.S. addresses.)

Change Password – The Change Password window allows you to create a new password to replace your current password. Your new password must contain at least six but not more than 10 characters. E-Delivery – The Electronic Delivery window allows you to select which documents (annual and semi-annual reports, prospectuses, proxies and account statements) you would like to receive electronically. This window also allows you to update your e-mail address for electronic delivery.

Electronic Delivery
Pax World shareholders can save paper by electing to receive their account documents by e-mail in place of paper copies. You may choose electronic delivery for any of the following documents: Annual Reports, Semi-Annual Reports, Prospectuses, Proxy Statements and Quarterly Account Statements. To enroll in E-Delivery, or to cancel or change your consent options or change your e-mail address for E-Delivery, login to Account Access and choose E-Delivery from the Email/Account Admin menu. (If you do not have a login ID for Account Access, please see “First Time User” above.)

How does E-Delivery work? When an account document becomes available, you will be notified by e-mail and provided with an Internet link directing you to our web site to view or download the document. For account-specific documents such as quarterly statements, you will be directed to our secure Account Access login page.
